Information that is available for both World Wars covers Service Record Cards and Service Files…Our Charge herein is R 75-00 for whatever we find. Again if Nothing Found…then No Charge.
Should we find that your person was an OFFICER…Then we ACCEPT FROM YOU AT THE OUTSET THAT YOU HAVE INSTRUCTED US to pull that ‘Officer’s File’…Should we find it. We make copies of the most important pages. Our Charge for this Service is R 100-00.
CITATIONS
Should any Citations be found…Copies will be made…Our Charge herein is R 25-00.
FURTHER RECORDS
There are other Records such as Medical Files…(World War One Only)…Permanent Force…S.A.M.R…and South African Constabulary. Please let us know what you would like us to look for and we shall get back to you with the estimated costs involved, over and above the Scale of Charges Outlined Above…Again, as with our whole service, we ONLY Charge on RESULTS.

Set out the Medals that you have with FULL details of naming. Give us as much information as you can. We will get back to you and confirm your instructions and give you a Reference Number. All being well you will have your Research within a month.
BILLING
When all the Research that you have requested is to hand; we shall Invoice you on the basis as outlined above. To that figure will be added R 1-00 for each Page of Photocopying PLUS the Cost of Mailing everything to you.
PAYMENT
Carl du Toit at Head Office will take over having Billed you. The cheapest way of making payment is probably by Credit Card. For security you can e-mail your payment detail/instructions in TWO e-mails…OR phone us. On receipt of payment Carl will dispatch your Research. If you have any problems just e-mail Carl or ‘The Quartermaster’.
