"Quartermaster's Comment":- Quite a 'Busy' Ribbon and descibed as " 32 mm, A Central Black Stripe of 12 mm, Centred with a 2 mm White Stripe, flanked on either side by a 5 mm Red and 5 mm Yellow Stripe".
