SPY was the famous Cartoonist Leslie Ward who lived from 1851 to 1922 and produced more than half of the Cartoons which appeared in VANITY FAIR Magazine. They are highly collectable.

In this case we have CETEWAYO and the Title is "RESTORED" as he was in that year.

He wears a Western Suit and sits smiling on a large sofa. If he was in jail they certainly did not starve him !!!!
