This is the SILVER bar as was awarded for a further 10 years, bringing the total service of the recipient to 30 years. "Quartermaster's Comment":- See the Medal Year Book No. SA 32 for full details. The Bar was sewn onto the Ribbon ABOVE the insignia which denoted the 'arm' of the recipient. These bars are not easy to find these days.
