"Quartermaster's Comment":-  Just in case you do not pick it up from the photo......The Message Reads:-  BOER WAR 1899-1901   Boer 7 mm Mauser Round and British .303 Lee Enfield Round.  Located at HART'S HILL Battlefield where the Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers, Connaught Rangers and the Royal Dublin Fusiliers charged up to the Boer position on 23-02-1900.
