"Quartermaster's Comment":- They are American Mess Tokens for slot machines and have quite a history as there appears to have been a bit of a scam around them. These were used at the U.S.Naval Air Facility(NAF) at Cam Ranh Bay in Vietnam. This token was used in ENLISTED MESS OPEN. Others were used in the Commissioned Officer's Mess. The Tokens come each with quite a story about Cam Ranh Bay which is in Khanh Province about 180 Miles northeast of Saigon. The 'Fund Skimming' scam has quite a story which comes with each token.
