We have a run of four of these very nicely made "Sports" Medals.

I am afraid we have absolutely nothing to go by here; except that they look as if they come from Switzerland.
"Quartermaster's Comment":-  As you can see from the photo...this one has a Clasp with:- 2. TORNBERG-VOLKS-MARSCH-LITTAU 1966.
On the Medal itself......Above the Lion we have:-  HELVETIORUM FIDEI AC VIRTUTE
There is also a longer inscription below......as if it came from some memorial of sorts. Very nicely made.
