The coins date from 1968 to 1975 with one at 1977.
"Quartermaster's Comment":- The frame needs tightening up a bit and a few bits of fluff have got behind the glass but could easily be brushed out. It weighs in overall at 440 grams and measures 203 x 203 mm.
