Private M 19810 PETERSEN was with the Indian Malay Corps and served for 4 years and 199 days from his joining aged 40 on the 7th of July 1941.

HENRY COLLESTER OATES Attested into the Royal Natal Carbineers on the 16th of August 1940. He was 42 years and 9 months of age and had already served with the 4th South African Horse and was on the R.A.F. Reserve!!!!

We have here three full pages which give us the complete war of Gunner Stanley Owen DREDGE who came from Estcourt in Natal.

We do not have papers on this chap.

From the Copies of Five of his 'Cards' we see here that 214383 W. BRUWER. joined the South Afican Tank Corps.

While our man attested into the SATC...which never had a tank!! He was trained for Armoured Cars at Kafferskraal.

A nice item, even if on its own. We put it down as being in 'Extra Fine' Condition.

This is a MINT and immaculate example of this Medal to a lady. For those who like to collect the "PREFIX" Series.....this would be a nice one to get.

Richard Christian KASTRUP was older than most when he joined up, being born back on the 10th of July 1891. He had the interesting job of looking after 'Gifts and Comforts' in the General Service Corps.

This is the FULL entitlement of Medals to this man as can be seen from the 6 Pages of Photostats that we have from the Pretoria Records Office.

Mr. K.P.O.HOYROYD 99053 must have allowed his Dear Wife to mount up his Medals....As she has got the War and Africa Service Medal back to front!!!!

If it be possible, one would think, that in this day and age, a bit of research would be good news!!!

Mr F.W.Fensham missed the Desert Campaign and went direct to Italy for the last bit of the War.
