AS. 167. W.O. CL.2. A. KOBELI.  A.P.C..........The Prefix AS indicates that he came from Basutoland.
"Quartermaster's Comment":-  A Nice little group that Michael has rated as being in Very Fine Plus Condition..........Take a good look at the photo.........The Group is mounted up for display and comes in at a very fair price.........considering that this gentleman was a Warrant Officer.
