This is a MINT and immaculate example of this Medal to a lady. For those who like to collect the "PREFIX" Series.....this would be a nice one to get.

"Quartermaster's Comment":- I am not 100% certain of the number of ladies that actually went "Up North".......I am sure that it was less than 5 000. I do know that when Rommel was on his way to Cairo......they got many of them away down South into lower Egypt. The Medal is named to F 265526 M.E.CLARKE. We do not have her Record to hand......that might be nice to have dug out!!!???
