For Long Service and Good Conduct. This Specimen Medal came from Collectors Set No.169.

See David Saffery's Roll....They first came out on the 5th of May 1972.
"Quartermaster's Comment":-  A Most Attractive Medal......Note that it has the clasp for 25 Years Service.......Although it was first won for 18 Years. The lads gave service in actual Fire Brigades and also the Department of Civil Aviation.
