An interesting situation here.........You only got the Award if you sorted out something VERY Serious and behaved in a most Gallant way to do it!!
"Quartermaster's Comment":-  ONLY ONE PERSON was given this Decoration and that was Warder Noah Masukume who received his award as dated in David Saffery's Roll on the 18th of December 1970...........He is therefore the only person to have an R.P.M. after his name.
