This is the "Third Type" fixed suspension of this Medal...but it is in MINT and immaculate condition.

This is the Medal that came out in 1974 for "The Boys On The Border"......by that we mean the Border with Angola.
"Quartermaster's Comment":- My son has one of these medals......after doing his bit.
They are getting a bit thinner on the ground........20 years ago they were two a penny.
This is the Third Type with the fixed suspension. It is Numbered 188175. Unfortunately there is NO Medal Roll......and we have no record of the recipient.
