One must assume that the III to the top right means that to qualify it was required that you had produced THREE Children !!!!...........Did you get a 'Clasp' for half a dozen??????
"Quartermaster's Comment":-  I find this quite a jolly decoration.........Sex to the fore!!!!!........More 'Cannon Fodder' for when we went back to war.
The Medal is Mint.......It has a brooch fastening to the rear and what looks like the maker's Mark/Name in Russian. It is Numbered to the Recipient. In this case the No. 1615907 has been neatly etched on.
