"Quartermaster's Comment":- Mike Evert sets it up as No. 28 at the end of his book on Pocket Flashes, Page 3......He goes further in his Book on Parachute Wings and Insignia to Special Forces......See No. 32 on Page 16 where he mentions it as a Pocket Flash for 31 Bn, which is what they became. It would have run from around 1976 through to about 1990.
