SOUTH AFRICAN SCHOOL OF SIGNALS, SECOND ISSUE, RIGHT FACING.
The First Issue was the WHITE version. This is definitely off-white.
"Quartermaster's Comment":- Being 'Right Facing' it was worn on the wearer's right arm. Take a close look at the photo and you will see that this flash has probably never been mounted up for wear and is in mint condition.
