There are a couple of variants with the South African Woman's Army College Flashes.
We also have both Left and Right Facing. In this case Left Facing.........As would have been worn on the left arm.
"Quartermaster's Comment":-  Do we have a 'Protea' in the design here for the ladies?........Whatever.....It does come across as an attractive flash which is quite collectable. Owen Notes that this Variant is the "Yellow and Gold with the Maroon Centre".........and is the SECOND Type.
