This Flash does not appear in Owen as it came out in the 1990's. This is confirmed by Mike Evert and Dudley Wall. "Quartermaster's Comment":- Nice to see that the 'Engineer's' Colours of Red/Blue/Red still continue. NOTE is this one of a pair in that the Spear is either to the Left or the Right? For economy they might well have just had this example.
