A Rare Left Facing Flash for The 2nd Reconnaissance Commando.

This is the First Issue as was approved back in 1974.
"Quartermaster's Comment":-   Please look one further in Colin Owen's Book to find the later Second Issue as was issued/approved in 1983.
Here we have the "Left Facing Flash" as was worn on the Left Arm with the Scorpion Facing to the Front. This is a "Once in a Blue Moon" Item!!!!!
