An Immaculate and Rare Flash to REGIMENT EAST RAND.
We are told that this Regiment was formed in 1960. Nevertheless one does NOT bump into this flash very often. "Quartermaster's Comment":- The Seashells and the supporting Castle come from the Municipal Coat of Arms for Benoni, which dated from 1930. Thanks to Arthur Radburn for this info. He kindly e-mailed in!!! Notwithstanding it is a very attractive Flash.
