As Michael Kaplan pointed out to me......this being the size used for a Fob or Affiliation Badge; they would have been few and far between. There must have been very few people who were actually 'Affiliated' to the INLIGTINGSLOLLEGE; they must have been Senior Instructors or there on at 'Attached' Basis.
