Another trophy from David Lonsdale's trip to America. This badge is as worn my members of the Office of the Fire Marshall, Montgomery County, Maryland. Fire and Rescue.

The chap who gave me this flash did rather indicate that their personnel were pretty highly trained for all kinds of work involving FIRE & RESCUE. He himself was involved with their Fire Investigations and Bomb Squad.
"Quartermaster's Comment":-  As he said to me......They did an awful lot of sitting around and drinking coffee......BUT, when the shit hit the fan, they had to move very fast!!!
The Badge measures some 125 by 96 mm. A nice item to those of you out there who collect to Police Forces.
