This is an example of something of interest to the South African Police. The Reason that this Flash did not go into final production was due to a Police Number being required below the Police Star.

As you can see this Flash is absolutely MINT. Note how the top has not been cut out to slip the badge onto a shoulder flap. It comes in at only a few grams and is a fairly standard 117 mm high.

Michael tells me that the idea was to have these Flashes in use around the end of 1986.
