An interesting item......and NOT expensive. Almost certainly Italian as taken in East Africa.

We have a story.......but it could just be hearsay and gossip........that this waterbottle was taken off an Italian who no longer needed it!!!!........during the South African's Campaign in East Africa........up and out of Kenya into the North.

"Quartermaster's Comment":- Please note that one of the strap buckles is lacking but otherwise the leather covering is sound and will polish up nicely. The wooden cork is quite quaint!!!!
