These are a pair of the Pouch Belt Swivel Attachments which went onto the rear of a pouch as was carried by the cavalry,from Victorian Times,and in which Messages were carried.

This is the kind of useless bit of equipment that will be of NO interest to you.........or something that you have been looking for for years in order to get a pouch back together again.
"Quartermaster's Comment":- When I first saw these I thought that they had something to do with 'Horses' and their 'Saddlery' etc. In fact the nearest thing to a horse in this case........would be the chap on it.........who over his back had one of those smart little carry pouches. Sorry we have not got a pouch or two to offer you........that would be fun!!!!!........they are really nice.
