It is not often that one comes across something like this which is more than a century old......and STILL in absolutely perfect condition......without a blemish. It will frame up beautifully.

"Quartermaster's Comment":-  I would not be surprised if these were made in a 'Series' for the British Empire......and a different Rubber Stamp applied for different locations.

Nevertheless......Quite something to find one in such super condition for this part of the world.
