This is more of an Introduction to this Orgasnisation rather than an Instruction Manual but it does give you a lot of information on them.

"Quartermaster's Comment":- They are a 'Volunteer Organisation'.......This Publication was Revised in 1978. It gives 35 Pages with many pictures on their set up and Historical Background. For those who are interested in "WINGS" they list pictures of those as worn. It weighs in at around 150 grams and measures some 202 X 265 mm in size........An interesting little document!!!
