for those of you that like stories of a naval and nautical flavour this is the book for you. "Quartermaster's Comment":- This is another book that I just could NOT put down!!! To read the story of the death of the 'OCEANOS' is quite something else. It appears that most of the crew, led by the Captain, left the ship FIRST!!!! A far cry from the 'Birkenhead', the story of which is beautifully told. This copy has been signed by the Author and is new. Excellent value for money. It covers from the 'Grosvenor' in 1782 to the 'Oceanos' in 1991.
