A very well made larger Beer Mug by NORBEL POTTERIES (Pvt)Ltd of Salisbury Rhodesia.

It weighs in at around 600 grams.....It is 104 mm across the base and stands 94 mm high.
"Quartermaster's Comment":-  It was produced for those who were based on MOUNT DARWIN during the Operation. It has as you can see from the photos a picture of a Helicopter to the fore and the Regimental Badges for:- Rhodesian Light Infantry; Rhodesian African Rifles; Rhodesian Air Force; P.A.T.U.; Rhodesian Police; South African Police; and the Rhodesian S.A.S.
Mount Darwin was a very important 'Fireforce' Base during the Operation.
