We are NOT 100% certain about this pair. Michael reckons that they could well be a pair of Titles for a Lieut. in one of the Homelands Defence Forces.....possibly QUA QUA? "Quartermaster's Comment":- Quite well made. For some reason, possibly the background, they have a 'Navy' feel about them......but Qua Qua did NOT have a Navy!!!! Any further thoughts out there?
