If you take a close look at the top of the badge...you will note the 'Lion' which indicates that the wearer has accumulated hours.

This is the type of 'Wings' that one does NOT come across very often
"Quartermaster's Comment":- I took a good look at Dudley Wall's offering as No. 13 on Page 58 of his book, Here he has a Set of Wings just like this one......but in Gold/Yellow. He notes it for a Pilot who has logged up 2 000 Hours of Flying. Could this one in 'White' not be for 1 000 Hours?????

Whatever it is a very nice badge. It is 10 cms Across and would date for the period around 1993 through to 2003. The Badge is in MINT Condition.
