UNIVERSAL BRITISH BEST DRESS SIGNALLERS PROFICIENCY BADGE.
This is the Parade Dress Badge as worn by Signallers. In most units the Signallers wore this badge only on the one arm. We think the left arm.
"Quartermaster's Comment":- When you see this badge in cloth the two flags, which represent letters, are in Blue and Blue and White. Which letters I am not sure. If you look closely at this badge these colours are shown in heraldic form on the brass.
