This is the Parade Dress Badge as worn by Signallers. In most units the Signallers wore this badge only on the one arm. We think the left arm. "Quartermaster's Comment":- When you see this badge in cloth the two flags, which represent letters, are in Blue and Blue and White. Which letters I am not sure. If you look closely at this badge these colours are shown in heraldic form on the brass.
