Again the size tells us...97 mm across at the widest...that this is an earlier version from back in the late 1970's.

This item would have been sewn up onto best dress uniform.
"Quartermaster's Comment":- Looks MINT and never used. Would date from the late 1970's......later variants were used up into the 1990's.
