We did not pick this item up in Colin Owen's Book. It was amost certainly used by someone here in South Africa.

They look as if they are chromed and measure some 48 mm in width......being overall around 66 mm in height.
"Quartermaster's Comment":-  Not much info here from our side......They could have been worn by the South African Police?.........It has 'Pin' Fittings and could also well have been used on Mess Dress........A case of over to you!!!!
