Although this looks like a Flash; it is in fact a Badge as was worn from about 1985 through until 1992 to denote a 'Tracker Instructor'. There would not have been so many of these around.

Dudley Wall writes up these Proficiency Badges with vigour on Page 9 of his book. As you can see from the photo; it is in superb condition, virtually mint.

It must have been fairly thin on the ground; as I did not pick it up in either Evert or Owen.
