BRITISH CAP BADGE TO THE NOW DISPERSED NORTH IRISH BRIGADE.
E-mail
This 'STAYBRIGHT' Cap badge, which would have come out in about 1958 has the Angel Harp and the King Edward Crown for EIIR. "Quartermaster's Comment":- I am told that these anodised aluminium badges, which were brought out for a combination of economy and to cut down on the 'Bull' of polishing badges, are becoming quite collectable. Especially to units no longer in formation. We have an added benefit in that the name of the maker, J.R.GAUNT of LONDON is on the slider.
