At first glance the lion might tempt one to think that this badge had something to do with Rhodesia. It is in fact the Collar for the DOCKYARD POLICE. "Quartermaster's Comment":- If you take a look at Owen No. 2527 you will see the same lion applied to the Cap Badge.
