ROYAL LESOTHO DEFENCE FORCE ARM FLASH.
We have been told that this Flash came out in 1992 and was worn on both arms of the wearer. It would appear to be still current. "Quartermaster's Comment":- Michael tells me that it was worn by all branches of the Lesotho Defence Force. Quite a large Flash.
